…Did you know buyers used the “Inter-web” to search for homes 90 percent nationally, 86 percent in Florida and buyers under the age of 44 we 96 percent? Now that is important statistic! Buyers between the ages 25-44 make up 46 percent of the homes being sold. BUT…hold on were not done.
…Did you know “For Sale By Owners” who sold their own home was 9 percent nationally and only 5 percent in Florida? In addition 40 percent of the sellers In Florida already knew the buyers prior to the sale.
